Membership: Members master can be created along with basic master, each and every member can be given a subscription number, the same willbe linked with dependant members (Family members).
Excel Export: All the active Member data can be exported as Excel Csv file format.
Monthly Subscription: Member's contributions like Monthly Subscriptions can be easily captured and detailed reports can be generated accordingly.
Receipts on WhatsApp: Printout feature for all paid Subscription Receipts, it can also be sent through WhatsApp to individual members.
Master: Basic Master like Title, Relationship, Area, Occupation, Service Timing, Fund Type, Festival master can be created.
Backup: Member Master along with Member module are periodically storted securely on Cloud server.
Church Auction Items: Church auctions can be recorded with Unique Subscription number along with Auction Items and Auction Value. Full or part payment can be made at the time of recording a Auction.
Oustanding Viewer: Memberwise outstanding can be viewed and exported easily through Excel Csv file.
MIS Reports: Reports Like Areawise Members, Active members & Activity based reports, Service Timing wise collection report with member filters, Agewise Reports, Monthly Subscription Reports.
Excel Report: All collection wise reports can be viewed and exported easily through Excel Csv file.
Birthday Remainders: Dashboard will populate for the current month birthday & marriaged dates of all members.
WhatsApp wishes: Birthday & Marriage Wishes can be sent through WhatsApp to all members.
